In today’s digital age, it is imperative for real estate agents to have a strong online presence. According to the 2021 National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, over 50% of home buyers found the home they purchased on the internet. Additionally, the National Association of Realtors states that over 90% of home buyers are searching for a home online.  Therefore, agents without a website risk missing out on gaining new leads and growing their business.

  • When an agent decides to leave the umbrella company, they must completely remake their online presence from scratch which will not only take a lot of time to make but will also take time to build a new online presence on a new site.
