Jenn Bray is a Compass realtor based in the South Bay Area. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she recently moved to California with her husband and golden doodle, Buddy. Since moving, Jenn has attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno, and continued her education by obtaining her Real Estate license shortly thereafter. Real Estate quickly became her career as she realized her love of working with people. 1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate?

My father was a land developer. I grew up working with him renovating distressed homes, flipping and building executive homes, and selling these homes as an owner builder. I loved what we produced as an end product.  Because of this background, I pursued a degree in Public Administration/City Planning to learn more about the process on the governmental side of things.

2. What do you do differently from other agents that sets you apart? 

We do our homework and research the property we are listing or selling to make sure our clients are fully informed. We listen to our clients and help guide them in making one of the biggest investments they will ever make. We search out innovative ways to market and bring attention to our listings as well as going the extra mile to help our buyers achieve their dream of homeownership.  We show that we really care about our clients.

3. What is your favorite part about getting a new listing (working with buyers, working with sellers, staging the home, etc)? 

We love listings and we love working with buyers!  We enjoy making the seller’s home as attractive and appealing as possible to bring them the best offers.  We do a lot of hand-holding for walking first time buyers through what can be a confusing and intimidating process. We explain the steps along the way for both our buyers and sellers so they know what they can expect. 

4. What are your Real Estate goals for 2022?

Our real estate goals for 2022 are to:

·   Improve our marketing outreach to our farm areas

·   Cultivate and refine our referral system

·   Continue professional development through educational opportunities

·   Seek out high performers in the industry and learn from mentors

5. What is your favorite part about working with Jenn Bray as a team?

We work extremely well with each other and complement each other through our strengths and weaknesses.  We learn from each other through our strengths and the things we do best individually.  We learn through our weaknesses and learn how to improve and serve our clients in the best way possible.

6. What is your favorite part about working with Infinite Views?

 

Infinite View does such a fabulous job of making our listings and us as a team look great! We appreciate the suggestions they bring to make our vision even more attractive through their unique and innovative marketing methods.

JENN BRAY Q&A:

1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate as a profession?

My husband and I sold our first home with an agent who didn’t place importance on us. I quickly realized that real estate could provide so many opportunities for people who actually care about doing business the right way and placing an importance on their clients. Ever since that time in our life I have strived to make my clients feel important and truly help educate them on the process of buying and selling real estate. 


2. What do you do differently from other real estate agents that sets you apart? 

We provide top-notch real estate services from start to finish and beyond. We are able to connect with every single client that we come in contact with and provide that extra level of service to make sure they feel well taken care of. 


3. What is your favorite part about getting a new listing (working with buyers, working with sellers, staging the home, etc)?

We love helping anyone and everyone! Real Estate can be very stressful and it is our goal to take the stressful time and make it successful. We love working with sellers. It is truly an honor walking through their homes and hearing the memories they’ve made there and knowing they trust us to represent them in selling something so special to them. We also love to work with buyers. There is something special about helping someone with such an important decision.

We work super well together. With an extensive background in the public sector and an extensive background in marketing, we both bring strengths to the table that help our business succeed.
