November Q&A with Real Estate Agent, Kaajal Shahani
Kaajal Shahani was born and raised in Fremont, CA, and graduated from Mission San Jose High School and UC Irvine. As a Bay Area native, Kaajal is knowledgeable of the community and competitive real estate industry. A strong work ethic, negotiating skills, and timely communication skills have gained Kaajal Shahani numerous top-ranking awards in the industry. Kaajal has been featured on HGTV, Top Agent Magazine, and a Newsweek Real Estate Expert Forum.
Whether buying or selling, Kaajal goes above and beyond as a Realtor and constantly exceeds her client’s expectations. 1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate?
I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because I didn’t want to work for anyone!
2. What do you do differently from other agents that sets you apart?
For me, it’s not just a transaction. I am part of their life journey as my wonderful clients find their next home or investment.
3. Who has been the biggest help or influence in your Real Estate career thus far?
My biggest influence and help have been my parents, who are both Realtors for over 30 years. Another influence is my Broker who also happens to be my cousin! He’s been extremely supportive and motivating.
4. What are your Real Estate goals for 2022?
My Real Estate goal for 2022 is to hit 100 transactions, not including my team’s transactions.
5. What is your favorite part about working with Infinite Views?
The ease! The incredible turnaround times! The friendly demeanor of everyone that I interact with at Infinite Views.
