1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate?
A broker friend of mine convinced me that I would be a good Real Estate Agent. Ultimately, the main reason that he pushed me to become a Real Estate Agent was because I gave him 17 referrals in one year. The rest is history! I sold 49 homes during my first year as an agent.
2. What do you do differently from other agents that sets you apart?
I always answered my phone!! I think my genuine care for the clients and agents comes through. Also, my gift of leadership puts the trust in clients to follow my advice.
3. Who has been the biggest help or influence in your Real Estate career thus far?
My biggest influence has been my wife Jennifer. It’s not easy being married to someone who is always busy and creative.
4. What are your Real Estate goals for 2022?
My goal for Real Estate in 2022 is to hear the request of the sellers and buyers and actually fulfill them. Each client is important to me and so is their story. In the end, a happy client will become a friend forever.
5. What is your favorite part about running a team?
My favorite part about running a team is seeing them reach their potential. I always say it’s lonely at the top unless you bring someone with you. Well, I now have several top agents I have helped.
6. What is your favorite part about working with Infinite Views?
I love the quality Infinite Views represents. Their team is one of the best in the industry.
