1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate?
When I was growing up, my father owned a small independent Real Estate company so it was always in my blood. I chose to pursue a corporate career but I always felt a pull to go into Real Estate.
2. What sets you apart from other agents?
I have an extensive background in customer service, sales, and sales management as well as running Sprint’s 2nd largest wireless market as Director of Retail Sales. My experience translates into a better and more consistent overall experience from beginning to end as well as proven negotiation skills to produce the best results for my clients.
3. Who or what is the biggest motivation in your Real Estate career thus far?
I love helping people achieve their goals and Real Estate is most often a big fat audacious goal for people. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients build a more secure financial future by buying and selling real property.
4. What are your Real Estate goals for 2022 or even goals outside of Real Estate?
For 2022, my goal is to grow my small boutique brokerage with like-minded agents to be able to serve more clients in their real estate needs. Personally, it is to get back to traveling, we love seeing the world and experiencing different cultures.
5. What is your favorite part about running Inspire Real Estate?
Having the freedom to serve my clients without a large corporate agenda to have to consider first. It is incredibly freeing to be able to make things happen for our clients and my agents and team.
6. What is your favorite part about getting a new listing (working with buyers, working with sellers, staging the home, etc)?
Designing the strategy to present and market the property to obtain the highest possible price for my clients. I work with them on what their goals are and then design a sales strategy which includes everything from property preparation to timing of when and how we launch.
7. What is something you do in your daily routine that you believe contributes greatly to your success?
Daily meditation and positive affirmations/reading.
8. What is your favorite part about working with Infinite Views?
I love that Infinite Views is as concerned with client satisfaction than I am. It is not when things are going well that a company or individual stands out and rises above the competition, it is when a problem occurs or when a challenge arises that sets us apart. Infinite Views rises to the highest levels of service and I love that about them.
