September Q&A with Intero Agent, David Guardanapo

David Guardanapo is a realtor at Intero Real Estate Services with a passion for helping Bay Area Homeowners and First time home buyers find the right property. With his knowledge of Bay Area residential properties he aims to make the buying experience as stress-free as possible. David has been recognized as honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about all aspects of his work by many of his clients.

1. What made you want to pursue Real Estate?

I come from a background of savvy real estate investors and have always been surrounded by Real estate my entire life. Becoming a realtor and creating relationships through helping buyers, sellers & investors make their real estate dreams become a reality has been a dream come true.

2. What do you do differently from other agents that sets you apart?

My commitment to working hard, communicate effectively & follow through are just a few of the qualities that have brought myself to the top of the Real Estate industry at such a young age. I use my expert negotiating skills to assure my buyers and sellers get the best possible price & terms.

3. Who has been the biggest help or influence in your Real Estate career thus far?

Jordan Mott has been the biggest help and biggest influence in my Real Estate Career. Jordan welcomed me to Intero with open arms and made it a priority to help me succeed in any way he could from day one. Last year he ranked in the top 30 realtors under the age of 30 in the entire nation and that wasn’t even his biggest accomplishment. He leads by example and is a true inspiration to me.

4. What are your Real Estate goals for 2022?

My real estate goals for 2022 is to help 35 families & investors buy, sell and invest in Real Estate. 

5. What is your favorite part about working with Infinite Views?

My favorite part about working with Infinite Views is the customer service and great selection of high-end product offerings. I can always count on their team to deliver my clients and I the highest quality photos, videos & marketing materials, all in a very timely manner. I am a firm believer in who you work with matters and that’s why I choose to partner with Infinite Views! 

As a third generation Bay Area native, he comes from a background of savvy real estate investors. He has lived in the Silicon Valley his entire life and obtains extensive market knowledge of the greater Bay Area. David graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Marketing & Administration, minor in Communication Studies with honors distinction of Summa cum Laude.
